Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to help our team identify your order.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location or authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
